I was wondering what the power different is in the lo-206 compared to the animal unrestricted would the animal compete with the l0-206 unrestricted nonrev limiting coil

The 206 is built with shared parts from our Animal program.  The difference being the Animal specs leave behind more material on the cylinder deck and head, for example, because this engine is typically then 'built' to various class rules.  The 206 on the other hand is built using measured parts so that each is right at the ruleset we developed.

While both will have similar power, the 206 is going to repeatable given the difference in the approach to how it is built.  In comparing both, the Animal without a rev limiter will outperform the 206 on the track simply because it can spin 200-300 more RPM before value float begins.
